1. Reference Standard
According to the State Grid Q/GDW1480-2015 “Technical Rule for Distributed Resources Connected to Power Grid ”: The grid connection voltage levels for distributed power sources can be preliminarily selected based on the installed capacity at each connection point, and the following recommendations are made:
• 8kW and below can be connected to 220V
• 8kW to 400kW can be connected to 380V
• 400kW~6000kW can be connected to 10kV
• More than 5000kW~30000kW can be connected to 35kV.
2. Structure
By leveraging the Acrel-1000DP Distributed PV Monitoring System platform, centralized monitoring, unified scheduling, and consolidated operation and maintenance of users' PV power generation and electricity usage can be achieved, meeting the requirements for reliable, safe, economical, efficient, and orderly electricity consumption. The platform provides operation and maintenance services to users, enabling energy interconnection and information exchange, thereby breaking down information silos. It also implements tiered management based on the importance of the electrical load of the equipment, facilitating orderly electricity use during peak demand periods.
3. System Introduction
4. Recommended Products
4.1 APV bus box
• Reduce the wiring of the PV cell array connected to the inverter.
• Optimize the system structure.
• Improve reliability and maintainability.
• Provide functions for lightning protection at the junction box.
• Monitor the operating status of the PV panels.
• Does not exceed DC 1500V bus voltage measurement function.
• The primary current is connected by punching, not more than 20A, punching access, easy installation, high safety.
• With three switch status monitoring, you can monitor the status of the lightning arrester and circuit breaker in the bus box
• With internal temperature measurement function, it can monitor the temperature in the box in real time to ensure electrical safety
4.3 AM5SE-IS Anti-island Protection Device
• AM5SE-IS Anti-island Protection Device is mainly suitable for PV power generation, gas power generation, and other new energy grid-connected power supply systems with voltage levels of 35kV, 10kV, and low voltage 380V.
• When an islanding phenomenon occurs, the device can quickly disconnect the grid connection point, causing the power station to rapidly separate from the grid side, ensuring the safety of the entire power station and the lives of associated maintenance personnel.
4.4 APView500 Power Quality Online Monitoring Device
• APView500 Power Quality Online Monitoring Device uses a high-performance multi-core platform and embedded operating system, and measures according to the measurement methods of various power quality indicators specified in IEC61000-4-30 "Testing and Measurement Techniques - Power Quality Measurement Methods".
• Integrates functions such as harmonic analysis, waveform sampling, voltage dip/swell/interruption, flicker monitoring, voltage unbalance monitoring, event recording, and measurement control.
Installed on the grid-connection cabinet, it monitors the energy measurement of the AC grid connection point.
• Powerful computing capabilities (32-bit ARM, 64M/256M RAM, supporting up to 20,000 data points)
• Strong storage capability (supports power failure continuation, supports local data storage for 1 month)
• Rich interfaces (serial ports, LoRa, Ethernet, 4G)
• Rich protocols (Modbus, 645, 103, 104, CJT188, OPC UA, BACnet-IP)
